The Special Situations Strategy, as employed by Walrus Partners, is a creation of our co-founder, Walter Ramsley. He has developed and refined the strategy over the last 20+ years, first as an analyst for 3 1/2 years at the ValueLine Special Situations Survey, then for the FRC Special Situations Letter from 1986 to 1998 and, starting in 1999, in Walter Ramsley's Special Situations Letter.
