Registered Investment Advisory company founded in 1997;
our name is a combination of the first names of our
co-founders, Walter Ramsley and Russell Last. Our firm's
mission is to offer investors the opportunity to better
utilize the market strategies that Walter has developed
over the years as Executive Editor of Walter Ramsley's
Special Situations Letter and the FRC Special Situations
Letter. Two different investment disciplines are offered:
Managed Special Situation Stock Portfolios and S2 Partners,
LP, an investment partnership or "hedge" fund.
