Walter Ramsley has served as Chairman and Managing Director-Research for Walrus Partners, LLC since founding the firm in 1997. He has been Publisher and Editor of Walter Ramsley's Special Situations Letter since starting the Letter in October of 1999.

Walter also previously served as Executive Editor and Chief Analyst for the FRC Special Situations Letter from February, 1986 through June of 1998.
